Submit your healthy study tip!
Himmelfarb Library is collecting healthy study tips to share among students as we approach the end of the semester. Please submit your healthy study tips and check out the study tips provided by GW’s physical therapy students:
- Make sure you give yourself mental breaks periodically. Give your brain a break and take a walk to Whole Foods for snacks, watch a YouTube video, or nap under a table in a study room.
- Ten minute naps do wonders for revitalizing your study sessions
- Bring a lot of snacks to the library, dump them on one of the tables, and group study.
