Year End De-Stress

meditationJoin Healthy Living @ Himmelfarb for end-of-the-year meditation sessions!
The meditation sessions will feature a pre-recorded guided meditation session and will occur in Himmelfarb B103 at 12:30.  The session will last about 20 minutes and will end in time for 1 p.m. classes.
Not sure if mindfulness meditation is for you?  Did you know that mindfulness practice has been shown to reduce stress, increase memory, reduce distractability and increase empathy?  What could be better for health sciences students?
