A new edition of a popular patient handout title is available for psychiatric conditions – Understanding Mental Disorders: A Patient and Family Resource.

Three more sections have been added to this title, including Obsessive-Compulsive, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder.

These new sections (as well as the existing ones) are available through Himmelfarb Library’s institutional subscription.

The content of these chapters is taken from APA’s Understanding Mental Disorders: Your Guide to DSM-5®.
